The Life Sciences sector comprises two companies: Manaseer Natural Solutions – Europe, based in Spain, and Manaseer Natural Solutions – Middle East, based in Jordan. This entity is the result of a merger between Manaseer International Trade, established in 1999, and Manaseer Fertilizers and Chemicals, established in 2002.

This facility is the cornerstone of our production operations, enabling us to meet the growing demands of the agricultural sector both locally and internationally. Our Factory
MANASEER Natural Solutions has designed and constructed a fully-automated NPK powder fertilizer production line and liquid/suspension NPK fertilizer production line, which both use high technology. Tailored Made Fertilizer formulas and packaging to 0meet customer requirements.
Manufacturing Process
MANASEER Fertilizers & Chemicals has a fully-automated state of the art Siemens PLC system with a French advanced design mixing unit for the NPK line to permit strict control over the main aspects of the final products such as solubility, pH, color, moisture content and particle size.

Our research and development department works to develop new products and to enhance the performance of our existing product lines.

Our line of production
Manaseer Natural Solutions products are tailor-made fertilizers designed to meet specific customer requirements. Customers can request products with various raw materials, different nitrogen sources, pH levels, chlorine-free options, trace elements, and bio-stimulants, as well as varying electrical conductivity (EC) values, colors, and more.
In addition to customizable formulations, we offer versatile packaging solutions to suit diverse needs:
- Sewn Bags: Our sewn bags provide a robust and reliable option for packaging. They are ideal for maintaining the integrity of the product during storage and transportation. The sewing method ensures secure closure, minimizing the risk of spillage and contamination.
- Thermo-sealed Bags: Our thermo-sealed bags use advanced heat-sealing technology to create a tamper-proof and moisture-resistant seal. This method is highly effective in preserving the freshness and quality of the fertilizers, offering enhanced protection against environmental factors and ensuring a longer shelf life.
Both packaging options are designed to meet high standards of durability and functionality, catering to various logistical and storage requirements while maintaining the quality of our products.

Quality Control
Through the manufacturing process, our quality control lab checks the quality of the products from A to Z, as follows: All raw materials are analyzed for purity, solubility and NPK percentages before the start of production. Random samples are taken and processed during production to ensure that all products meet our rigorous demands for exactness. Samples of the final product are also analyzed to assure its conformity to the customer’s specifications and our satisfaction. Packaging is inspected for the accuracy of the information on the packaging, the final weight of each bag and the quality of the seal.
